In appreciation for using our officiant services, we will provide a free video (see following condition) of your ceremony.
If you sign up for $350. or more of my services, I will set up a professional video camera and tape the ceremony for you. You will receive an unedited Premium Mini Digital Video Cassette Tape. *
The camera will be turned on before the ceremony, located in one spot to best capture the bride & groom, the microphone is on the camera, unattended during the ceremony, and the recording stopped after the bride and groom leave.
If you would like us to transfer the video for viewing on DVD, we charge $100. for the first copy, and $50. per copy thereafter. Each DVD comes in its own personalized DVD box.
If you choose not to have the video transferred to DVD, you would need a video camera or a DVCAM recorder that can play mini tapes.
The DVD will be standard format, not Blue-Ray or High Definition.
*In the unfortunate event that there is a video/camera/microphone failure, poor lighting, there is no financial loss on your part as we offer the video tape as a free gift. If you paid in advance for the DVD transfer, those fees will be refunded within 7 days of the ceremony.
*This offer is available only for those weddings I travel to by car.
*I may not be able to offer the video gift indefinitely, it depends on a number of factors. It is not an entitlement.
