A very nice touch for couples to include in their ceremony or rehearsal dinner, is a multimedia celebration. Family and friends enjoy the walk down “memory lane,” seeing each individual in their younger years at school, with hobbies, activities, and then some images of good times you’ve had as a couple.
You might show 5 images of the bride, 5 images of the groom and 5 images of times spent together. I would suggest a minimum of 15 and no more than 35.
This multimedia celebration is accomplished thru the use of PowerPoint® software and equipment. This equipment includes a laptop, video projector, small table, screen on a tripod stand and a sound system.
If you send us a Power Point file with the pictures loaded, you save $50+. (You need to have Power Point ® Viewer or software. PP File is due 10 days before the wedding. Copyrighted music is a sensitive issue. Proceed with caution. )
If we load the pictures into Power Point® the fees are: $50 for 15 images, $3 per image after that.
Pictures need to be digital and attached to an email. Close up pictures are better than those taken from a distance. It is important that they are in focus. These fees are for unedited photos. If you’d like us to add text, request a quote.
For equipment rental:
• Laptop, video projector & screen: $100.*
• Sound system for Power Point® with music: $50.*
This equipment is for use during the time that I am present for officiating duties. I do not rent it out to other people, for other activities such as dances, etc. It goes where I go, when I go.
The quality is better at an indoors event where the lighting can be turned down.
*In the unfortunate event of equipment failure, fees for this service will be refunded within 7 days of the ceremony.
